Course catalog

Everything I teach, in one place.

I run one programme, not a shelf of separate courses. That is the point of the method. The catalog below shows every study unit inside it, what each one covers, how long it takes and what the whole thing costs. The units are not sold separately, because they only work in order.

The syllabus, unit by unit

Each unit runs for two weeks. You study the reading, practise the phase in a live lab, then send me the written work listed under “applied”.

01

Foundations of the method

Weeks 1–2 · Foundational level

An orientation to the complete framework. You read the method manual and study one full session before practising any single phase.

Learning objectives

  • ·Name the six phases in order
  • ·Explain what each phase is responsible for
  • ·Describe how the four disciplines relate to one another

Core concepts

The six-phase sequence · integrative practice · order of operations

Applied

Annotate a complete recorded session, phase by phase.

02

Ground — screening, contracting, scope

Weeks 3–4 · Foundational level

The clinical and ethical foundations of the first phase: who this work suits, what is agreed in writing, and when to refer on.

Learning objectives

  • ·Apply a screening procedure
  • ·Draft compliant intake and consent documentation
  • ·Identify presentations that fall outside your scope

Core concepts

Informed consent · scope of practice · professional boundaries · referral

Applied

Write your own intake and consent forms. I review them line by line.

03

Name — the problem in the client's words

Weeks 5–6 · Intermediate level

Transformational coaching methods for turning a vague complaint into a defined, measurable working statement.

Learning objectives

  • ·Elicit the presenting issue in the client's own language
  • ·Agree three countable markers
  • ·Set a reviewable direction for the work

Core concepts

Presenting issue · outcome framing · measurable markers · review criteria

Applied

Run three naming conversations and record the markers you agreed.

04

Map — how the pattern runs

Weeks 7–8 · Intermediate level

Precision NLP applied to sequence analysis: the trigger, the internal representation, and the exception that proves the pattern is not constant.

Learning objectives

  • ·Map the structure of a repeating pattern
  • ·Locate the exception
  • ·Select an accurate point of interruption

Core concepts

Trigger · internal representation · exception · linguistic precision

Applied

Map five patterns in writing. One of them is your own.

05

Meet — inward work

Weeks 9–10 · Applied level

Clinical hypnosis practice: absorption, depth testing, hand signals, and safe conduct throughout the inward phase.

Learning objectives

  • ·Deliver an induction appropriate to the client
  • ·Test and describe depth
  • ·Maintain safety and consent throughout

Core concepts

Absorption · depth testing · ideomotor signalling · safe emergence

Applied

Conduct your first inward session and record it for supervision.

06

Turn — the change itself

Weeks 11–12 · Applied level

The intervention phase, where hypnosis and NLP are used together: the shift, the rehearsal, the anchor and the cue.

Learning objectives

  • ·Sequence a change intervention
  • ·Rehearse the new response in context
  • ·Install a usable cue the client can carry

Core concepts

Shift · future rehearsal · anchoring · cue design

Applied

Deliver the Turn phase twice and compare what changed between attempts.

07

Keep — the week after the session

Weeks 13–14 · Integrative level

Applied positive psychology and epigenetic coaching for consolidation, plus what to do honestly when nothing has moved.

Learning objectives

  • ·Design one small daily practice
  • ·Structure the review against agreed markers
  • ·Respond appropriately when there is no measurable change

Consolidation · habit formation · structured review · honest measurement

Applied

Write a Keep plan and a review script for a live client.

08

Whole sessions, supervision and final assessment

Weeks 15–16 · Assessment

Complete sessions from Ground to Keep under supervision, followed by the written case study and the oral assessment.

Learning objectives

  • ·Demonstrate a complete session
  • ·Reflect critically on supervision notes
  • ·Meet the assessment criteria for certification

Core concepts

Practitioner reasoning · reflective practice · assessment criteria

Applied
