Learning outcomes

By the end of the programme, students should be able to:

02Identify which session a client presentation belongs to, and what that session must produce next.

03Distinguish between the five disciplines and the session where each earns its place.

04Integrate coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, positive psychology and epigenetics within one structured practitioner framework.

05Apply suitability, consent and scope-of-practice procedures before any hypnotic work begins.

06Demonstrate the whole programme from Assessment to Consolidation, including depth testing, safe emergence and the honest progress review.

07Evaluate a client's progress against the three countable markers agreed in Session One.

08Run the version of each session that works when the client does not wish to describe what happened to them.

09Demonstrate understanding of professional boundaries, ethics and the limits of this certificate.

From theory to application

The distance between knowing and doing is where most training stops.

The curriculum is designed to move you beyond passive content consumption. You progress from foundational concepts towards integration, applied reasoning and practical application.

Each stage builds on the one before it, so understanding accumulates instead of scattering. That is the whole point of studying one methodology rather than collecting six.

Foundations of the method

Six foundational domains hold the framework together.

Domain

Structure

Definition: A fixed order of five sessions, each producing exactly what the next one needs.
Purpose: Removes improvisation and makes your work repeatable and reviewable.
Role in the methodology: The spine of the methodology; every other domain hangs from it.
Practical relevance: You always know which phase you are in and what it needs next.

Domain

Language

Definition: Precision in what the client says and in what you say back.
Purpose: Turns a vague complaint into a defined, workable statement.
Role in the methodology: Carries Assessment and Cause.
Practical relevance: Better questions produce better material to work with.

Domain

State

Definition: The client's level of absorption and internal focus.
Purpose: Creates the conditions in which change work can land.
Role in the methodology: Governs Detachment and Change.
Practical relevance: Depth is tested, not assumed.

Domain

Change

Definition: The deliberate revision of a pattern, rehearsed in context.
Purpose: Moves the client from insight into a different response.
Role in the methodology: The intervention core of the method.
Practical relevance: Understanding alone does not alter behaviour. Rehearsal does.

Consolidation

Definition: The practices that hold a change in place after the session.
Purpose: Protects the work during the week the client goes home.
Role in the methodology: Completes Consolidation.
Practical relevance: Most change is lost after the session, not inside it.

Ethics

Definition: Scope, consent, boundaries and honest measurement.
Purpose: Keeps the practitioner and the client safe.
Role in the methodology: Present in every session, settled before the first one begins.
Practical relevance: It tells you clearly when to refer rather than continue.

MODULE 01Foundational level · Week 1

The method and the five disciplines

Overview

Part I of the certification manual: the philosophy of transformation, insight against applied insight, the five-session arc, and the five disciplines the method is built from.

MODULE 02Foundational level · Weeks 2–3

Coaching — direction, goals and structure

Overview

The discipline that gives the work its spine: the working alliance, goals that belong to the client, three markers in their own words, and the week they will actually complete.

NLP — precision creates possibility

Overview

The sentence is the structure. The recovery questions that earn their place, frozen nouns turned back into actions, the belief between the event and the response, and pattern mapping.

Hypnotherapy — depth, focus and new possibilities

Overview

The discipline of attention: the conversation before the first induction, four inductions worth mastering, deepening, hand signals, containment and working distance, and returning to full alertness.

Overview

How a habit actually forms, cue design anchored to a behaviour, implementation intentions, the size of the ask — and the honest account of what environment and behaviour are known to influence.

Scope, toolkit and the final quiz

Part V: professional scope set out once and in full, the practitioner's toolkit, the worksheets and checklists — followed by the final quiz.

Applied component

Sit the final quiz after your practice block is complete.

Assessment and certification

Nobody receives a certificate for watching.

Purpose of assessment

To confirm that you can run the method as taught, explain your reasoning, and work within your scope.

Format

One final quiz, marked automatically. There is no case study and no oral examination.

Criteria

The quiz covers the five sessions in order, suitability and referral, the countable markers, the practice work and your scope of practice.

Retake policy

The pass mark is 80%. Your tuition includes three attempts: the first and two retakes.

Academic integrity

The quiz must be answered by you alone. Work that is not your own ends the certification.

Certificate requirements

Completion of the programme and a pass of 80% or above in the final quiz.

What the certificate certifies

Completion of The KURE Method® curriculum and successful demonstration of the required practitioner knowledge, assessed by me.

What it does not provide

It does not provide licensure, and it does not authorise the use of legally protected titles such as psychologist or psychotherapist where separate regulatory requirements apply. It is not a medical or psychological qualification.

Academic and professional foundations

The KURE Method® is evidence-informed rather than evidence-based as a whole. It integrates concepts drawn from my multidisciplinary education — genetics at Harvard HMX, neuroscience and child psychology, clinical hypnotherapy training, work with NLP, and applied psychology — together with weekly practice. Where a specific element has a documented research base, the manual names the study so you can read it yourself. Where a practice rests on craft rather than trials, the manual says so plainly.

Educational philosophy

Education becomes valuable when information can be understood, connected, recalled and applied.

So the curriculum emphasises structured progression: foundational concepts first, then integration, then application, then reflection.

Students are taught not only what to do, but the reasoning behind each stage of the methodology.

I did the fragmented studying already. My work as a teacher is to organise it into a path you can walk in order.

Programme policies

What you can expect, written down.

Enrolment terms: Admission is by application. Places are confirmed in writing once tuition or the first instalment is received.
Student responsibilities: Read the curriculum, do the practice work for each session, and sit the final quiz honestly.
Refund policy: Fourteen days from enrolment, in full, with no explanation needed.
Certificate policy: Certificates are issued only after all assessment requirements are met, and are signed personally.
