The Method

Six phases, in the same order, every time.

A method is only useful if you can name where you are in it. These are the six phases I use with every client, and the discipline each one leans on.

Each phase works on something a client repeats — how they eat, sleep, move, recover, think and respond to stress — because those repetitions are the signals their biology reads every day.

Change Your Signals. Influence Your Epigenetics.

Your DNA may be inherited. Your daily signals are not. Read the science behind the method.

01

Clinical practice

Ground

Screening, contracting, and agreeing what this is and what it is not.

02

Transformational coaching

Name

The client puts it in their own words and picks three countable markers.

03

NLP

Map

How the problem actually runs: the trigger, the picture, the exception.

04

Clinical hypnosis

Meet

The client goes inward. Absorption, a depth test, hand signals.

05

Hypnosis and NLP

Turn

The change itself: the shift, the rehearsal, the anchor, the cue.

06

Positive psychology

Keep

Emergence, one small daily practice, and the review.

Where each discipline earns its place.

ICoaching

Naming the problem in the client's own words, choosing three countable markers, and holding a direction over sixteen weeks.

IINLP

You learn to map the trigger, the internal picture and the exception, then to interrupt the sequence with precision rather than persuasion.

IIIHypnotherapy

Inductions written for real rooms and real clients: depth testing, hand signals, safe emergence and clean, contracted work.

IVPositive Psychology

Evidence-informed practices for consolidation: one small daily action, structured review, and honest measurement of what moved.
