Scope of practice
The Kure Method® is a private professional training. It is not a medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic qualification, and it does not authorise anyone to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It does not replace any licence or registration your own country requires in order to practise. Where a client presents with a diagnosed condition, active risk, or symptoms outside your competence, refer to a licensed professional.
What the certificate is
A private professional certificate of completion in one methodology, issued by The Kure Method® and signed by Prof. Catalina A. Oprea.
What it is not
It is not a medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or counselling licence, and it is not a government or state qualification.
Claims you may not make
Never advertise or imply that you diagnose, treat, cure or heal any condition, and never guarantee a result.
When you must refer
Refer to a licensed professional where there is active risk, a diagnosed condition being treated, medication questions, or anything outside your competence.
Local registration
Some countries and regions require registration or a licence before you may offer this kind of work for a fee. Checking that is your responsibility.
Records and confidentiality
Keep written contracting and session notes, store them securely, and share nothing without written client consent.
