Governance

Student governance

The rules of the programme, written down before you enrol rather than after. If anything here is unclear, ask me and I will answer in writing.

Assessment and academic integrity

Passing standard

A mark of 80% or above is required in the final knowledge evaluation, and a pass in both the recorded session and the oral assessment.

Retake attempts

Two retake attempts are included. Each one comes with written feedback from me telling you exactly what to change.

Academic integrity

Your case study must be your own work with a real or clearly labelled practice client. Submitted work that is not your own ends the assessment.

Code of conduct

Certified practitioners agree in writing to work inside their scope, to keep client information confidential, and never to advertise a cure, a treatment or a guaranteed outcome.

Student rights

Complaints

Write to me directly. I answer every complaint personally within five working days, in writing, and I keep a record of the outcome.

Withdrawal and refunds

Fourteen days from enrolment to change your mind, with the full amount returned and no explanation needed. After that, instalments already due remain payable.

Deferral

You may defer to the next cohort once, at no cost, if you tell me before week eight. Your lifetime access to the written curriculum is unaffected.

Access and adjustments

Tell me what you need — extra time in assessment, captions, alternative submission formats — and I will arrange it without it appearing on your certificate.

How the programme is run

Enrolment terms

Admission is by application. Places are confirmed in writing once tuition or the first instalment is received.

Student responsibilities

Read the curriculum, attend or watch each lab, practise between labs, and submit assessment work on time.

Refund policy

Fourteen days from enrolment, in full, with no explanation needed.

Certificate policy

Certificates are issued only after all assessment requirements are met, and are signed personally.

Student support

Write to support@thekuremethod.com. I answer student email myself.

Accessibility

Labs are recorded and captioned on request. Tell me what you need at application and I will adapt where I can.

Complaints

Email support@thekuremethod.com with the subject "Complaint". I reply within five working days.
