- Where you see the words university-accredited elsewhere on this site, read them against this page. If a claim is not backed by a document published here, treat it as not yet documented.
Where the certificate is valid
Internationally, with one honest qualification.
The certificate is issued in English, signed by Prof. Oprea and carries no country restriction. Graduates may put it in front of clients, or an agency that asks for proof of training, wherever they work.
What it cannot do is replace a licence. No private certificate anywhere does. If your country requires practitioners to register, that is a separate step with your own regulator and it is worth checking before you enrol.
